7 Blanc VQA

Our intent with this off dry blend is to showcase the unique characteristics of our Naramata Bench property. This wine presents vibrant fruit, crisp and clean citrus flavours that meld with the wonderful aromatics from our Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Muscat gapes. A great casual wine for entertaining or matching Asian and vegetarian cuisine.

Chardonnay VQA

Barrel fermented and aged in French and American oak barrels, this wine displays aromas and flavours of apples and peaches along with nuances of  vanilla, butterscotch, coconut, hazelnut, and nutmeg. It is a well-balanced wine with some nice creaminess on the finish.

Grape Source: The Oliver area of British Columbia’s south Okanagan Valley.

Reserve Chardonnay VQA

It combines crisp clean fruit flavours with a mellow roundness contributed by long aging on the lees and frequent batonage. It exhibits fresh pastry and tree fruits on the nose, the palate is a reward of vanilla pound cake and nuts.

Un-Oaked Chardonnay VQA

Bursting with citrus aromas and flavours of green apples, lemon and honey, this is a lively, crisp, clean refreshing wine.

Gewurztraminer VQA

Orange blossom and spice in the nose with a palate of exotic tropical fruit salad. The body is full with flavours suggesting Seville orange marmalade and grapefruit. Great balance and a crisp finish. Pairs beautifully with the tang of Asian cuisine.

Sauvignon Blanc VQA

This lively wine displays aromas and flavours of lemon, lime, orange and flint with a hint of mineral on the crisp, clean finish.

Semillon VQA

Melon and rose in the nose give way to peach, apple and other stonefruits feature in this crisp, assertive palate. Excellent as an aperitif or accompanying seafoods, fowl and soft cheeses.

Viognier

Exotic lemon/honey pastry aromas, citrus and mango flavours in the palate. Creamy pastas, avocado and tropical fish make excellent dining companions for this wine.

Cabernet Sauvignon VQA

Black currant and violet aromas give way to flavours of dark cherries, cocoa, coffee and vanilla in this full-bodied red. 100% barrel aged for 22 months in French and American oak barrels. Unfiltered.

Dunfield Collection VQA

54% Cabernet Sauvignon; 45% Merlot; 1% Cabernet Franc

On the label is a reproduction of quadriplegic artist Robb Dunfield's 6' x 8' foot mouth painting. In the bottle is an age worthy, well structured wine that represents the best of our cellars. Together this is an inspirational wine and art project that will benefit the Rick Hansen Foundation for spinal cord research.

Merlot VQA

Full bodied displays plum, blackberry and spicy aromas and flavours highlighted by a long finish with hints of chocolate and cedar. Unfiltered.

Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon VQA

A medium-bodied blend with 9 months oak aging. Cassis, chocolate and currant aromas accompanied by cedar, vanilla, cherry and blackberry flavours.

Syrah VQA

This wine displays aromas and flavours of cherries, prune plums, and fresh ground black pepper. Soft, supple tannins and a soft, peppery finish. Aged in French and American oak barrels. Unfiltered.

Bottle fermented and hand-turned in the traditional style of Champagne, this wine is creamy, rich, and intense, with spicy aromas, crisp, full fruit flavours and a clean finish.
