7 Blanc 2009
Tasting Notes:
We love creating this blend that represents the uniqueness of the Naramata Bench terroir. The wine’s grapes are grown on our own property in the rolling hills east of Penticton. Off dry and exotic with tangerine citrus notes, pear and lychee in the nose. The taste is of pears, peach, mandarin orange, hints of walnut and some tropical spice. The finish lingers with yellow raisin and fig. Enjoy with sushi, Indian or Thai dishes, and mild, creamy cheeses.
Vintage Report
A challenging winter reduced the crop, but the remaining grapes excelled during the long, dry growing season. September’s picture perfect weather with 20 days of 20° Celsius temperatures resulted in full, round clusters of rich fruit. Despite the mid-October cold snap, we were able to harvest immediately and retain fruit of exceptional quality. Our estate grown aromatic whites show crispness with well-balanced sweetness and acidity.

7 Blanc 2009
Daenna Van Mulligen | Wine Diva, November 15, 2010
This very aromatic blend of 45% Gewurztraminer, 41% Pinot Gris and 14% Muscat Ottonel is a delicious golden-hued wine with fragrant lychee, peach and mango, honey, lime leaf, orange blossoms and sweet spices - clove, star anise and cinnamon. There is a kiss of sweetness on the palate that dries up on the finish, it is snappy and mouth-watering and very, very good.

7 Blanc is an aromatic blend of Naramata pinot gris, gewürztraminer and a bit of muscat. Look for an off-dry palate mixing grapefruit, honey mango and red apple notes with bits of cherries and spice. Classic style summer sipper that will pair with a variety of foods.

Solid silver at the B.C. Wine Awards, it’s the only white by Township to medal in this year’s competition; all the rest were reds. A subtle, off-dry blend of Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, and Muscat, it’s the ideal foil for spicy Asian foods. Introduce food from your favourite Thai or Chinese restaurant to it before it’s all gone.

Here’s a nicely balanced little white cocktail number from benchland bunches of Pinot Gris, Gewurtraminer and Muscat. Influences of white peach, lemon/lime, Red Delicious apple, apricot and pear, welcomed by herbal notes of celery and catnip. It’s quite tasty with flavors of Granny Smith apple, pear and pineapple.
