Winemaker’s Black Dog Dinner

Our most distinguished wine club exclusive red blend, Black Dog, crafted with precision, patience and a deep respect for British Columbia terroir. Hosted by Winemaker Mary McDermott and Assistant Winemaker Devon Villard at our South Langley Winery, this five-course Winemaker’s Dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience Black Dog alongside the people who know it best. Mary and Devon will join guests throughout the evening, sharing the stories, decisions and craftsmanship behind the wines and each pairing. A thoughtfully prepared five-course dinner by West Coast Farm to Table will be paired with a selection of Township 7 wines. Each course is designed to bring another dimension to the wines while celebrating thoughtful farm-to-table ingredients, craftsmanship, and connection around the table.
