Better late than never! Our 2022 harvest began this week, a bit later than normal but looking great, with Viognier harvested yesterday from Fool’s Gold vineyard in Oliver and Chardonnay this morning from Hidden Terrace vineyard in Oliver, both designated for our seven stars sparkling wine program. Stay tuned, more to come later this week with Pinot Noir designated for our Brut Rosé. Rory, our faithful winery dog is of course lending a hand (or should we say paw) with the team on the crushpad.
