Need the perfect pairing for your summer gathering? We’ve got you covered with the new release of our Reserve 7, a beautiful big red, perfect for summer entertaining. This Merlot dominant Bordeaux style blend was primarily crafted with fruit from our estate Blue Terrace Vineyard in north Oliver, where we chose Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon with rich, ripe fruit flavours. These were complimented by both Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Raju vineyard located in south Osoyoos. A combination of French and American oak barriques and puncheons were used for 24 months of aging to add complexity. A well-structured wine, this vintage shows intense black cherry, raspberry, plum, and eucalyptus aromas. On the palate it displays blackcurrant, cedar and vanilla characteristics with a good backbone of acidity and fine-grained tannins. A wine of harmony and depth, that will cellar gracefully. Just under 500 cases made, available at our two wineries and online. Enjoy with good friends and warm summer evenings!
